Julie is an Idaho Native raised in the small town of Homedale.  She and her husband Scott started coming to Garden Valley when their oldest child was 9 months old, in 1983.  They built a cabin here in 1996 and decided to make Garden Valley their fulltime home in 2004, after selling their business in McCall.  At that time, Julie decided to get her real estate license and began working for Garden Valley Properties.  In May 2020, she purchased Garden Valley Properties with Kathy Vaughan.  She continues to gain knowledge in the real estate industry and has obtained her GRI, CNE and ABR designations.  Julie has been a Top Producer since 2014.

Julie has seen quite a few changes over the years in Garden Valley.  Even though Garden Valley has changed physically, the same warm, friendly atmosphere has not.  Julie would love to help you explore Garden Valley and find that perfect location for your second home or fulltime residence.  If you want something a little more remote, Julie is also familiar with the Lowman and Placerville areas and would love to show you those areas if that is your preference. 

Julie is active in the Greater Garden Valley Area Chamber of Commerce.  She is a Member at Large, was the Vice President for two years and helps with many community events.  Julie is also a member of the Garden Valley Fire Dept. Auxiliary
