Above and Beyond is exactly what Kathy Vaughan and the team at Garden Valley Properties did for me. We bought our home in Garden Valley in August of 2006 and received excellent service from Kathy. As a buyer, Kathy was so efficient and no doubt the best and most professional real estate agent that we have ever dealt with and she became our friend before escrow even closed.
In 2007, I had a sudden change in my life and sadly to say, I also lost my significant other to cancer and I had to put my Garden Valley dream home up for sale. Also, the housing market took a turn for the worse so I had no choice but to walk away from the house and mortgage payments. Kathy and the team work diligently to sell my home via a short sale. Finally an offer came through and Kathy along with the help of the broker Diane Caughlin was able to work with my lenders and put the deal to a close. Honestly, I felt like they performed a miracle!

Small Town Friendliness
My husband and I spent about two years looking for property in Idaho and
we looked in various places from Idaho City to New Meadows, but the place
that continued to call us back and kept us looking at many, many
properties was Garden Valley. We initially spent a few days there in a
home rented through Idaho Cabin Keepers and they are the ones who
recommended Garden Valley Properties as our best choice in realtors.
That was fantastic advice and we immediately bonded with Diane Caughlin

Garden Valley Properties is second to none!
Joyce and I visited our cabin in Crouch for nine years every chance we had. We loved the community, the people, the many outdoor recreational opportunities, and of course the beautiful landscapes in every direction.
We recently retired and decided we would like to travel around America and other places. Although we really enjoyed our cabin located in the best kept secret in Idaho, we came to the decision that we should sell the cabin to make our travels more enjoyable.
