Fantastic Job
I am writing this short note to let you know that Lisa and I believe that Stephany did a fantastic job related to the selling of our house on Scriver Bluff. Without her knowledge and expertise I believe the experience would not have been as pleasant. She put in a ton of hours even though she was not the selling agent; so therefore, she deserves at least a bonus or at least give her a paid vacation. Small Town Friendliness
My husband and I spent about two years looking for property in Idaho and
we looked in various places from Idaho City to New Meadows, but the place
that continued to call us back and kept us looking at many, many
properties was Garden Valley. We initially spent a few days there in a
home rented through Idaho Cabin Keepers and they are the ones who
recommended Garden Valley Properties as our best choice in realtors.
That was fantastic advice and we immediately bonded with Diane Caughlin
both as a realtor who listened to us and was always willing to go way and
above what one would normally anticipate from a realtor as well as
anticipating that she will be a good friend once we are settled in GV.

eat dinner with and on numerous occasions invited me and whomever was

Garden Valley Properties is second to none!
Joyce and I visited our cabin in Crouch for nine years every chance we had. We loved the community, the people, the many outdoor recreational opportunities, and of course the beautiful landscapes in every direction.
We recently retired and decided we would like to travel around America and other places. Although we really enjoyed our cabin located in the best kept secret in Idaho, we came to the decision that we should sell the cabin to make our travels more enjoyable.
We noticed Garden Vally Properties had been selling lots of property, so we went into their office and once there, knew these were the folks to sell our beloved cabin. Diane, Tami, and each of the ladies there were so friendly, and were interested in us as their clients.
